1. Order Cancellation
- Before Preparation Begins: Orders can be canceled within 10 minutes of placement without any charges. Refunds will be processed in full.
- After Preparation Begins: If an order is canceled after food preparation has started, no refund will be issued.
- Bulk Orders: For large or catering orders, cancellation must be requested at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund.
2. Refund Policy
- Incorrect or Missing Items: If an order arrives with missing or incorrect items, customers must notify us within 30 minutes of delivery. After review, a refund or replacement will be provided.
- Late Delivery: If a delivery is delayed beyond the estimated time due to our operational issues, a partial refund may be offered at our discretion.
- Quality Concerns: If food quality does not meet expectations, customers must provide relevant evidence (photos or descriptions) within 15 minutes of receiving the order. Refunds or replacements will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days via the original payment method.
- For cash payments, eligible refunds will be issued as store credit or direct bank transfer.
