We currently deliver to locations within a 4 km radius of Bibinagar.
Orders placed outside our delivery zones may not be fulfilled unless arranged in advance.
2. Delivery Timings
Orders can be placed between 10:00 AM and 10:00 PM, subject to item availability.
Estimated delivery time varies based on location and order volume but typically ranges from 15 to 20 minutes.
3. Delivery Charges
- Standard Delivery: Charges may vary for orders within the delivery zones.
- Express Delivery: Additional Rs. 15 for priority service.
- Free Delivery: Available for orders above Rs. 499/- or during promotional offers.
4. Order Tracking & Updates
Customers will receive real-time updates via SMS, WhatsApp, or app notifications regarding their order status.

5. Delivery Process
- Contactless Delivery: Available upon request.
- Packaging: Food is securely packed to maintain freshness and quality.
- Order Confirmation: Customers are encouraged to verify their order upon arrival.
6. Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address, customer unavailability, or other unforeseen circumstances, we will attempt to contact the customer for resolution.
After 5 minutes of waiting time, the order will be considered completed, and no refund will be issued.
