At Hoyasala Cloud Kitchen, we aim to deliver fresh, delicious meals promptly and efficiently. Our shipping and delivery process ensures a seamless experience for our customers.

1. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to locations within a 4 km radius of Bibinagar.

Orders placed outside our delivery zones may not be fulfilled unless arranged in advance.

2. Delivery Timings

Orders can be placed between 10:00 AM and 10:00 PM, subject to item availability.

Estimated delivery time varies based on location and order volume but typically ranges from 15 to 20 minutes.

Customers will receive real-time updates via SMS, WhatsApp, or app notifications regarding their order status.

Use the Hoyasala application to monitor your delivery.

If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address, customer unavailability, or other unforeseen circumstances, we will attempt to contact the customer for resolution.

After 5 minutes of waiting time, the order will be considered completed, and no refund will be issued.
